Angry Checkers is a strategic twist on the classic board game. The core gameplay involves moving your pieces diagonally to capture your opponent's checkers by jumping over them. The thrilling twist: captured pieces are violently knocked off the board! You can make multiple jumps in a single turn if possible. When a piece reaches the opponent's back row, it becomes a "King" and gains the ability to move and capture both forward and backward. Strategy is key to mastering this exciting and aggressive game.

Angry Checkers is designed for simple, intuitive interaction across all devices.
• Primary Control: Use your mouse or finger to click/tap on the checker you wish to move. Then, click/tap on the highlighted square to place it there.
• Desktop/Keyboard: While primarily mouse-driven, you can often use the arrow keys to navigate the board and the Enter or Space key to select and place pieces.
• Mobile/Touchscreen: The game is fully optimized for touch. Simply tap to select your piece and tap your desired destination to move. Swipe gestures are not used.
• Confirmation: A move is finalized as soon as you select a destination square. There is no confirm/cancel button, so choose your moves carefully!

🎯 Objectives

Your primary goal is to be the last player with pieces on the board by systematically capturing all of your opponent's checkers. You achieve instant victory by removing every one of their pieces or by blocking them so they cannot make a legal move. The short-term goal is to set up strategic double or triple jumps to capture multiple pieces in one turn, while the long-term strategy involves successfully crowning your pieces to create powerful Kings that can dominate the board.
